Anne Winicki is a twenty-three year veteran of the 30-A real estate market. She spent the first half of her life in the Midwest; growing up in Carmel, Indiana. Anne attended Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis and graduated with a B.S. in Psychology from Purdue University. She was poised to begin work on her master’s degree when she vacationed on the Emerald Coast. After countless trips she relocated to the beach in 1995 and has never left. “I love the 30-A area, it is a very special place and way of life.”

Anne began her career in real estate working with the St. Joe Company. During her ten-year tenure with the company, Anne worked exclusively in The Retreat, Watercolor and Watersound Beach where she gained a wealth of knowledge and experience. Upon moving to Beach Properties of Florida in 2009 she has been able to utilize her vast skill set and extensive knowledge of this prestigious area to establish herself as a top real estate professional. Beach Properties of Florida eventually merged with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices and the resources that brought have been a game changer in this constantly changing real estate market. An onsite office in the Gatehouse at Watersound Beach is the perfect location to service properties along Highway 30A. Her dedication, passion and customer driven attitude have paid off most importantly through the relationships she has made with her clients who have become friends.

In her personal time Anne enjoys spending time with her family, tennis, the beach and her dogs. Her biggest treasure though is her daughter who keeps her parents on their toes.
